Things to Do While Everyone Else is Asleep
1. Cook. Plan and prepare your meals for the next day or longer.
2. Go to Wal-Mart and enjoy a line-free shopping experience.
3. Study or catch up on your reading (people still adapting may have trouble staying awake for these. If you can't stay awake to study, do homework).
4. Exercise. Even if you don't belong to a 24-hour gym, run or jump rope.
5. Clean house, catch up on e-mail, and complete other menial tasks that you'd rather not do during the day.
6. Play an instrument (using headphones, if it is amplified).
7. Hang out with the insomniac neighbor.
Does anyone have other suggestions?
